Jabish K Joy
Co-founder, Consulting Engineer
A mechanical engineer with over 17 years of experience in mechanical system design, specializes in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection services. He has an extensive experience of implementing innovative radiant cooling projects in India, with over 50 such projects completed in the last decade alone. As an accredited professional with the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), he is well-versed in green building design concepts. His expertise in energy modelling using software like Energy plus, Design builder, e-Quest, DOE, and others allows him to provide valuable insights during the design integration process, which helps clients make informed decisions at the initial stage, saving time and cost. His expertise in thermal analysis, daylight analysis, CFD analysis of zones, and cost estimation make him a valuable asset to any project. Additionally, he has been instrumental in developing numerous in-house analysis and calculation tools that have significantly enhanced the team’s efficiency and output. These tools have not only accelerated project delivery but also ensured a consistently high level of technical excellence and quality.

Co-founder, Consulting Engineer
As a consulting engineer having over 14 years of experience in his field, holding a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, he is well versed with HVAC, plumbing and fire protection services. His standout expertise lies in Building Information Modelling (BIM), where he has led in-house MEP BIM modelling teams and ensured efficient and accurate project completion using Revit software. Additionally, he is proficient in 3D modelling and stress analysis using Autodesk Inventor software. His software proficiency extends to Design Builder, HAP, CAD LT, and CAD MEP. Beyond BIM and software skills, he has experience in elevator and escalator selection for various applications working for a MNC. He also has expertise in tender processes, cost estimation, budgeting, and contracts. His diverse skillset, combining mechanical engineering design, BIM modelling expertise, software proficiency, and experience in tendering, cost estimation, and contracts, makes him a valuable asset to any project.

Associate consultant
Our seasoned associate consultant for electrical system design, possesses over two decades of expertise in various electrical services, including high-tension (HT) and low-tension (LT) electrical systems, low- voltage (LV) systems, and solar photovoltaic (PV) designs. With a diverse background in various applications such as office spaces, industrial facilities, residential properties, commercial complexes, clean rooms, and hospitals, he is well-versed in collaborating with architects and planners during the initial design integration process. His expertise extends beyond design and covers even cost estimation, budgeting, system comparison, life cycle cost analysis, and return on investment (ROI) analysis. This comprehensive skillset and experience make him an expert in his field, capable of delivering electrical systems that meet the needs of clients across various project types.
